Peanut Butter, overnight oats, and greek yogurt. Yes, three ingredients! That’s all you need to make this quick and easy ice cream. All you have to do is add your ingredients into an ice cub tray, freeze, and then simply blend all your frozen ingredients together. I love adding Quaker oats to my cookies, breads, and now ice-cream. One thing I love about Quaker Overnight Oats is that they are so versatile. I mean, we made ice cream with them! This gets made in no time and gets eaten in even faster time!
