Creme Brulee is also known as burnt creme. But in this version of the dish, I take out all the fuss of adding a ton of ingredients and heating the cream. Instead I am using Quaker Overnight Oats recipe. I use a simple 1 to 1 ratio of dairy milk and oats that you pour in ramekins, top off with some sugar, and flame (or broil) those little beauties. The next thing you know, you are eating the quickest ever made Creme Brûlée.
